【重要公告：防止詐騙行為】

親愛的顧客們，
我們近日收到客人通知，有人冒充我們飯店發送假的付款連結，試圖騙取個人資訊及付款資訊。我們深感遺憾並警惕大家注意此類詐騙行為。

請注意，我們絕不會要求您通過任何非安全通道提供信用卡號碼、密碼或其他敏感資訊。任何要求修改卡號、支付款項等的電子郵件，都可能是詐騙行為。如果您收到此類郵件，請勿點擊連結或提供任何個人資訊。

為了保護您的資料安全，我們建議您採取以下措施：

1. 請勿點擊任何可疑連結，尤其是要求提供個人資訊或付款的連結。
2. 如果您懷疑收到詐騙郵件，請立即聯繫我們的客戶服務團隊 (花蓮悅樂03-832-6655、台中悅樂04-2221-7668 )，我們將提供協助並進一步調查該事件。

We have recently received reports from guests regarding individuals impersonating our hotel and sending fake payment links in an attempt to deceive them into providing personal and payment information. We deeply regret this situation and would like to alert everyone to be vigilant about such fraudulent activities.

Please be advised that we will never request credit card numbers, passwords, or any sensitive information through email or any insecure channels. Any  requesting modifications to your card details or payment information may be a fraudulent attempt. If you receive such emails, please refrain from clicking on any links or providing any personal information.

To protect your data security, we recommend taking the following measures:

1. Avoid clicking on any suspicious links, especially those requesting personal information or payment.
2. If you suspect receiving a fraudulent email, please contact our customer service team immediately (OLAH Hualien +886-3-832-6655, OLAH Taichung +886-4-2221-7668). We will provide assistance and further investigate the matter.
